Event & Logistics Support For The British Grand Prix
When Formula 1 returned to Silverstone this July for the British Grand Prix, e2b was on hand to provide event support and logistics to Red Bull, our longest standing client. With championship leader Red Bull Racing in action throughout the weekend, we assisted with multiple activations throughout the circuit.
Silverstone has numerous event spaces across the site, and e2b were responsible in setting up Red Bull owned assets within the main stage, campsite, podium, bars, famous corners like Becketts and Copse. This year, however, Red Bull also went even further with the brand new, purposely built hospitality area that was connected to the side of the Hilton Hotel. Tasks carried out by the team included the removal and storage of the hotel furniture, the transportation of 10 motorhomes, managing the set up and close down of numerous DJ systems across the site, every day, as well as the full distribution of event equipment.
We had 18 crew onsite during the build phase with the team clocking up close to 5,000,000 steps!
