If you are thinking of creating new event equipment, we will work closely with you to create kit that meets your exact requirements. Our event logistics expertise ensures that the event equipment produced can be transported without damage and is fabricated using materials approved by venues. We can also create bespoke fight cases and padded covers to keep your equipment intact.

Asset Management

e2b specialises in all types of branded asset management, including creation and refurbishment.

Before and after events have taken place the e2b team will ensure all your assets are in the relevant condition based on the requirements agreed by the client. This includes checking that the branding is correct, the asset is clean and not damaged and is suitable for the activity. We also offer Electrical Equipment testing (PAT testing) for any electrical assets that we hold.

All assets are managed via our online ordering portal, which allows you to assess the status of your assets 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.

Case Studies

London Coffee Festival/ Food & Drink Expo

Working with multiple clients, we dismantled and re-built several exhibition stands for a number of major food and beverage brands, in under 12 hours. The major challenge for our team was the turnaround time between the two events. We provided full logistical support for each of the brands exhibiting, from storing and maintaining, to installing, setting up and loading out of each of their exhibition stands.

Kitting & Gifting

The project began in the e2b warehouse, with its experienced team preparing the branded assets and equipment required for the event and then loading the articulated trucks that would transport the kit to the event site. e2b’s event team were onsite when the truck arrived and quickly set about ensuring that everything was delivered and correctly placed. They were also tasked with preparing, assembling and installing branded assets, including a huge, branded inflatable start and finish line and branded bars. Once the event came to an end, they carried out the de-rig and ensured that all the kit was safely returned to the e2b warehouse, ready for the next event.

Lunch! and Casual Dining Show

We provided event logistical support to 20 of our clients at the co-located lunch! and Casual Dining Show exhibitions held at ExCel London, project managing and delivering stand builds. As part of our ongoing client support, we store stand components and graphics as well as offering 3PL and warehousing facilities so were perfectly placed to manage the activity seamlessly. The e2b team were onsite for 2 days during show build and a further 2 days for breakdown, with more than 30 crew onsite completing an average of 23,000 steps per day each. Kit and product were delivered and collected utilising four lorries and three vans from the e2b fleet.
