We’re SustainABLE

For us, sustainability isn’t a standalone initiative or something we switch on when a client asks for it. It’s about building a better, more responsible business. We consider our impact on people, communities and the planet alongside the service we provide to our clients.

In 2026, e2b. as part of Global Infusion Group achieved B Corp certification, independently recognising our commitment to using business as a force for good.

The rigorous assessment looks beyond environmental performance to consider how a business operates across governance, workers, community, environment and customers.

For e2b, B Corp provides both external validation of the progress we’ve made and a framework for continuing to improve. It holds us accountable, encourages us to measure what matters and supports our SustainABLE ambition to build a business that delivers commercially while making a positive impact on people and planet.

Our B Corp score was an impressive 92.7%.

Our SustainABLE Approach – Ability, Brave, Leader, Ethical

ABILITY

Sustainability works best when good intentions are backed by the ability to deliver.

Our purpose-built 100,000 sq ft headquarters in Aston Clinton provides the infrastructure to help us operate more efficiently. The building is EPC A** rated, uses low-voltage LED lighting throughout and is fuelled by 100% renewable energy.

Across our fulfilment and logistics operations, we’re continually looking for practical ways to reduce waste and make better use of materials and resources.

That includes:

  • avoiding unnecessary and non-recyclable packaging
  • using 100% recyclable cardboard
  • using pallet wrap containing 30% recycled material
  • clearly identifying and separating waste streams
  • using certified local waste-management providers
  • complying with WEEE regulations
  • purchasing recycled products wherever appropriate
  • composting food waste on site
  • redistributing suitable surplus food through food banks and organisations including FareShare

It’s not about one big sustainability initiative. It’s about hundreds of better decisions becoming part of the way we work every day.

BRAVE

Challenging the way things have always been done.

Reducing our impact means being prepared to question established ways of working.

We’re moving away from a single-use mindset towards a more circular approach – reducing unnecessary materials, reusing wherever possible and making recycling easier and more effective.

We also recognise that sustainability doesn’t stop at our warehouse doors. We work with suppliers that meet our waste-management standards and consider the environmental impact of the partners and services we use throughout our operations.

That includes using lower-impact delivery options such as DPD’s green services where appropriate and working with our clients to identify opportunities to reduce packaging, waste and unnecessary resource use.

We won’t claim to have all the answers. Sustainability is a journey and there will always be more that we can do. What matters is being prepared to challenge ourselves, measure our progress and keep improving.

LEADER

Making responsible business standard practice.

We believe responsible business should be built into the way a company operates – not treated as an optional extra.

e2b is part of Global Infusion Group, which achieved B Corp certification in 2026, joining a global community of businesses committed to balancing people, planet and profit.

That commitment influences how we make decisions across the business, from environmental performance and procurement to employee wellbeing, community engagement and the way we work with our clients.

We’re also improving how we measure and understand our impact. Carbon reporting helps us identify where emissions occur, where improvements can be made and where we need to focus next.

For our clients, that means having a fulfilment partner that’s actively working to improve its own performance while helping them deliver against their own sustainability objectives.

ETHICAL

Doing business the right way.

Sustainability is about much more than carbon. It’s about the kind of business we choose to be.

We want to be a responsible employer, client partner, supplier and member of our community. That means creating a safe and supportive workplace, operating transparently, treating people fairly and taking responsibility for the impact of our decisions.

Health, safety and personal security are fundamental to our operations. Everyone working for e2b is expected to comply with our health, safety and security requirements and is actively encouraged to report concerns or potential breaches.

Our ethical approach also extends to the organisations we work with. We expect suppliers to meet our standards and increasingly consider environmental and social responsibility alongside traditional measures such as quality, service and value.

Because how we achieve something matters just as much as the end result.

We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re equally conscious of the work still to do. Our focus is on continual improvement: measuring our impact, reducing carbon and waste, making better use of resources, supporting our people and communities and working collaboratively with clients and suppliers.

Most importantly, we’re focused on turning commitments into action.
