StrEATfood Awards 2024
The StrEATfood Awards took place in London last week and of course we had to be there to witness this great competition first hand.
Our Director of Partnerships, Steve Wooldridge, and Sales Executive, Jo Perkins, had a fantastic time at the recent event! Our events team were in full force, supporting all the amazing competitors. The standard of competition was excellent, and we were thrilled to be part of it.
There were three awards on the day that were adjudicated by a panel of industry judges. The judges were truly wowed by the quality of food made by 16 chefs from the UK’s leading contract catering businesses.
The winners on the day were:
StrEATfood Dish of the Year – Fooditude – Michael Broad – Crispy coconut fish
StrEATfood Chef of the Year – BaxterStorey – Janice Edwards – Keralan snapper dish
Plant-Based Dish of the Year – Fooditude – Michael Broad – Crispy Tofoo Oriental bao bun
