e2b and Impossibrew: How it started

Impossibrew is known for its unique approach to redefining social drinking through its innovative, non-alcoholic functional beers enhanced by its patent-pending Social Blend™.

The brand gained substantial recognition after appearing on Dragons’ Den and has since become one of the UK’s leading premium non-alcoholic beer brands.

The company started working with e2b in October 2024, a partnership which began with handling a substantial backlog of approximately 1,000 to 2,000 orders.

This helped Impossibrew quickly clear and manage this high demand efficiently.

Impossibrew has embarked on its journey with e2b as it enjoys significant year-on-year volume growth:

  • Year 1: Approx. £35,000 revenue
  • Year 2: Revenue increased to approx. £425,000 – more than 1,000% growth year-on-year
  • Year 3: Revenue grew to more than £1 million, marking a growth of approximately 144 per cent year-on-year
  • Current revenue has reached approximately £2.4 million

Supporting Impossibrew’s growth

Impossibrew primarily utilises e2b for three services:

  • Storage and inventory management
  • Direct to Consumer (D2C) order fulfilment
  • Distribution logistics

The company’s partnership with e2b has allowed it to scale efficiently by:

  • Enabling it to focus on brand building, product innovation and customer engagement, rather than logistics
  • Providing reliable, scalable fulfilment and distribution capabilities crucial for managing its rapid growth
  • Allowing it to enjoy quick adaptability to market demands and the ability to maintain high customer service standards as it expands

The e2b team has been excellent to work with, offering clear communication, proactive support and flexibility to accommodate our evolving needs” – Mark Wong, founder, Impossibrew

Tens of Thousands per month – and growing!

Currently, e2b processes a considerable volume of orders per month for Impossibrew, primarily serving its Direct to Consumer (D2C) market, with some organic inbound retail.

The partnership taps into e2b’s expertise in working with growing drinks brands, helping them focus on their core business knowing the logistics of getting their products from production to consumer are taken care of.

Average weekly and monthly volumes are increasing daily due to the success of the product.

Impossibrew is a huge success story in the ‘no and low’ market and it’s a pleasure to support the company on its growth journey. Our expertise in helping brands scale as demand increases is at the heart of what we do” – John Ford, commercial director, e2b
