Terms and Conditions for Promotional Offer 

1. Introduction  

These Terms and Conditions govern the promotional offer (“Offer”) provided by Global Infusion Group T/A e2b Fulfilment (“Company”) for fulfilment services. By participating in this Offer, you agree to these terms. 

2. Eligibility

• This Offer is exclusively available to UK limited businesses that meet the following criteria: 

• A minimum of 200 orders per week, or 

• A minimum spend of £3,000 per month. 

• The Company reserves the right to conduct credit checks on all applicants. 

3. Contract Term

• The initial contract term is three (3) years from the date of agreement. 

• A break clause is available after two (2) years, allowing either party to terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice. 

4. Offer Details

• The specifics of the services provided under this Offer will be outlined in a separate service agreement. 

• This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at the Company’s discretion. 

5. Acceptance of Terms

• By accepting this Offer, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria and agree to the terms outlined above. 

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation in this Offer. 

7. Governing Law

• This Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
